TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

PAYMENTS

Payment terms and conditions are agreed with the buyer and indicated in the order confirmation and invoice. In the event of late payment, the seller reserves the right to suspend deliveries until full settlement.

INVOICES

The invoices are issued in euros.

WARRANTIES AND CLAIMS

The seller assumes no responsibility regarding the success of the goods sold.
The goods travel at the buyer's risk and peril. Delivery terms may be subject to change due to reasons beyond the seller's control; in such cases, no claims or refusals of goods will be accepted due to delayed delivery.

Any complaints regarding missing or faulty goods must be communicated in writing within 48 hours of delivery, by fax or email.
For defective plants, the claim must be accompanied by photographic documentation.

Complaints submitted in different ways or after the indicated deadlines will not be considered.

The buyer shall not, in any event, claim compensation for loss of profit; any indemnities, where due, shall not in any case exceed the value of the goods.

Applicable law and competent court

Sales are exclusively governed by Italian law, to the exclusion of any other legislation, including any of conventional origin.
The Court of Pistoia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
